To earn Platinum Club Points, your membership card must be presented each time you dine at
Eddie Merlot’s. If you forget your card, you can still earn points by providing your account number. Each time you dine at Eddie Merlot’s and present your Platinum Card, you can receive an updated status of your total Club Points.

Platinum Club Redemption Procedures/Redeeming Club Points
Platinum Club Points may be redeemed online or by visiting Eddie Merlot’s. When redeeming Platinum Club Points at the restaurant, the General Manager will present you with a Platinum Club redemption certificate that must be filled out and submitted. Your Award Certificate will then be mailed to you.

Rules and Regulations
Club benefits and awards available only at participating Eddie Merlot’s locations.
Points for prior visits can only be added to a member’s account upon approval by the
participating location’s general manager. A receipt is required.
Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or gratuity.
Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points.
Awards may vary by Eddie Merlot’s location.
Points may be earned at non-participating Platinum Club Eddie Merlot’s Restaurant(s) by
bringing original receipt to your participating restaurant.
Points are non-transferable.
Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Points are automatically credited to your account when you present your Platinum Card
to your server.
Points accumulate at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Federal and State tax liabilities are the responsibility of the cardholder.
State laws and Eddie Merlot’s policies prohibit accumulation of points for alcohol
purchases only.
Check your point receipts. Any errors must be adjusted on the day the transaction was made.
One card only issued per person.
Eddie Merlot’s employees, family members or people living in the same household as an
Eddie Merlot’s employee are not eligible to participate.
Members must be 18 years of age or older.
Program is intended for individual use only. Points may not be accumulated for a business
entity, meeting or function. Accounts will be audited monthly.
Eddie Merlot’s reserves the right to audit any account at any time.
Eddie Merlot’s may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected.
Eddie Merlot’s may cancel the program at any time.
Membership may be cancelled after 6 months with no account activity.
Unused points expire 2 years from date of issuance.
Members cannot get credit for visits prior to enrollment.
Not presenting card at time of purchase may delay point accumulation.
Eddie Merlot’s is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use.
This includes fraud caused by lost cards.
Eddie Merlot’s reserves the right to charge $1 for card replacement.
