Welcome to the Private Gatherings Reward Card -the members only dining club for private dining groups at Eddie Merlot’s. Private Gatherings is where exclusivity and exceptional dining experiences go hand-in-hand to create an extraordinary event. The Private Gatherings Card is designed for our most valued guests-like you.

The Private Gatherings Rewards
Each time you host a group with us in a private room, you will accrue points for every dollar spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages (tax and gratuity not included). As your Private Gatherings Points add up, you will become eligible for Private Gatherings Awards courtesy of Eddie Merlot’s.

Let the Rewards Begin
Start earning your Private Gatherings points without delay by completing the online application. You will receive your card in the mail in a just few days.

To earn Private Gatherings points, your membership card must be presented each time you host an event at Eddie Merlot’s. Points will only be given to one host of each private event. Points can not be divided up between members at the conclusion of events.

Private Gatherings Reward Card Awards
Guests earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on food only. Alcohol, Equipment, Room Rental, Tax or Gratuities are not included in the calculation of points.

1000 points - $50 Gift Card
2500 points - $100 Gift Card
3500 points - $150 Gift Card
6000 points - $300 Gift Card
10,000 points - $500 Gift Card
12,000 points – Two hour wine and hors’ douvres party for 20 at Eddie Merlot’s

Functions must be booked through Eddie Merlot’s Sales Manager. Private Room and/or a Banquet Event Order must be booked and/or used to qualify for points.

Redeeming Private Gathering Points
Private Gatherings Points may be redeemed by visiting Eddie Merlot’s or on-line at the Eddie Merlot’s website, www.eddiemerlots.com . The Sales Manager or General Manager will assist you with your redemption. Your Private Gathering Award will then be mailed to you within 10-15 working days.
