"I just wanted to thank you and the staff again for such a pleasant experience. I had a program last September, in the smaller room, and thoroughly enjoyed having the flat screen tv’s – it was an easier way for the audience to view the slide presentation. As for the Merlot room – I would love to see the flat screen tv’s – since we had such a large group (43 people) the double screens were a big help, but the tv’s would have been a big help with the visuals of the presentation. I enjoy having my programs at Eddie Merlot’s – Twila (you rock – very customer focused ), Tim ( very creative with the double screens and helping me pull this off) and the serving staff was ‘top notch’ – very customer service oriented. A couple things that were mentioned from the speaker – 1. Great restaurant – are they looking to put one in New York 2. Staff was excellent – very impressed by the quietness of serving the meal – states usually he would have to speak louder, but didn’t have to make any adjustments. 3. Food was superb. Thanks again for everything – looking forward to another program at Eddie Merlot’s." —Lori
