Eddie Merlot's to Open Warrenville Location

On Tuesday, March 6th, we will welcome our seventh location to the Eddie Merlot's group. Our newest addition is located at 28254 Diehl Road (Cantera) at I-88 and Winfield Rd., Warrenville, Illinois. The restaurant phone number is 630-393-1900.  

The Warrenville Team is lead by Scott Updegraff, General Manager and Paul Miranda, Executive Chef.

The New Eddie Merlot’s Cookbook with Over 240 Pages of Recipes from the Executive Chefs of Eddie Merlot’s

For the past 10 years, Eddie Merlot’s has cooked up a long list of delicious dishes for its customers. Now for the first time, we are revealing the ingredients and techniques behind our creativity with a new cookbook,
 “A Journey Through Taste” (Golden Rock Inc., 240 pp., $34.95). 

 

Executive Chef Matthew Nolot of the Fort Wayne location spent most of 2011 compiling this cookbook. Some dishes have graced the main menu and others the special features menu—both change fairly frequently to keep up with current dining trends and tastes. The Eddie Merlot’s chef team has come up with many of the dishes, and founder Bill Humphries has helped shape the menu into a collection that surprises and delights guests
