Ashley C. Lynch, a graduate of Sullivan University, brings to Eddie Merlot’s a youthful energy and enthusiasm for planning events and meetings. Possessing a great understanding of the big picture and an extensive knowledge of putting things together, she brings flawless precision to events. Her background in the food industry makes her an asset to the Louisville team when it comes to coordination of menus and her stylistic approach to food. While working in the local hotel industry, she has demonstrated excellent human relations skills, along with experience in team management, sales, financial planning and training.  Her extensive knowledge of event planning and food has in turn increased her desire to help her clients find the perfect food and beverage for their one-of-a-kind special events and programs. Her warm personality and willingness to tackle any challenge help her contribute to Eddie Merlot’s success and clients' satisfaction.
