Naydia has worked with the Eddie Merlots team since 2008. She is a 2005 graduate of Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN where she studied political science and legal  studies. Her past experiences include political campaign management and event planning. Most recently Naydia worked for a non-profit Foundation overseeing donor development, fundraising initiatives and organizational communications. Spending most of her life in Tennessee, Naydia’s philosophy for guest service is rooted in her love of southern hospitality.
