Andrea Meyer, General Manager
Andrea Meyer is the General Manager of Eddie Merlot’s in Fort Wayne. Andrea studied Hospitality Management at Huntington College and Indiana University-Purdue University at Fort Wayne. Andrea joined Eddie Merlot’s in 2007 as a manager at our Indianapolis location. Before joining the Eddie Merlot’s team, Andrea was a manager at Park Place on Main and Orchard Ridge Country Club in Fort Wayne.
Matt Nolot, Executive Chef
Matt joined Eddie’s in 2003 and brings more than 25 years’ experience to bear on his work in the kitchen. He’s won regional and national cooking competitions and contributed to local and national magazine articles. Matt has a passion for anything pork-related and spice, and he loves traveling for new culinary experiences.
Beth Noland, Sales Manager
Beth has 11 years of Marketing, Sales & Event Planning experience. She received her Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University, and studied in the New York Arts Program. She has worked for The Merchandise Mart in Marketing and Event Planning for apparel trade shows for 9 years. Beth is a member of Fashion Group International. Beth's favorite acitivites are planning parties and styling homes, spaces and people.
