Vittorio Borgia, General Manager



Even after more than 35 years in the hospitality industry, Vittorio considers himself an ardent student of food and wine. He was schooled in Italy and France, with an apprenticeship at the Gritti Palace in Venice and at Chateaux Magnol in Bordeaux. Vittorio loves cooking and learning more about wine … and then enjoying those with family and friends.

 

 

Geoff Kelty, Executive Chef

 

Geoff’s father is a certified pastry chef and culinary educator. So as long as he can remember, he’s been decorating and delivering cakes, pastries and pies. While a student at Ivy Tech Community College, Geoff studied for three summers throughout Europe. He earned a double major in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts, then served as an instructor before coming to Eddie’s. You can find Geoff playing volleyball, golf, Texas Hold’em and target shooting.

 

Jesica Kantner, Sales Manager



Jesica graduated from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts/ Bachelors in Hospitality and Marketing Management. She has worked in the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry for 13 years, with her career focus on Management, Training, Sales & Special Event Planning, and has been with Eddie Merlot’s since April 2009. She enjoys great food and wine & sharing these interests with family and friends.
