Private Gatherings Rules and Regulations
To earn Private Gatherings Rewards Points, your membership
card must be presented each time you host a private fuction at Eddie Merlot’s. If you forget your card, you can still earn
points by providing your account number. Each time you hold a private function at
Eddie Merlot’s and present your Private Gatherings Rewards Card, you can
receive an updated status of your total Club Points.

Points
Private Gatherings Rewards Points may be redeemed online or by
visiting Eddie Merlot’s.
When redeeming Private Gatherings Rewards Points at the restaurant, the Sales Manager or General Manager can assist you in submitting your request online. Your Award
Certificate will then be mailed to you in 10 -15 working days.

11:00 a.m. or access it anytime online here.
Rules and Regulations
Private Gathering Rewards benefits and
awards available only at participating Eddie Merlot’s locations.
Points earned or redeemed do not
apply to tax or gratuity.
Only the member hosting the event
may accumulate points.
Awards may vary by Eddie Merlot’s
location.
Points are non-transferable to other members or programs.
Points have no cash value and may
not be redeemed for cash.
Points are automatically credited
to your account when you present your Private Gatherings Rewards Card
to your server.
Points accumulate at a rate of 1
point per $1 spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Federal and State tax liabilities
are the responsibility of the cardholder.
State laws and Eddie Merlot’s
policies prohibit accumulation of points for alcohol
purchases only.
Check your point receipts. Any errors
must be adjusted on the day the transaction was made.
One card only issued per person.
Eddie Merlot’s employees,
family members or people living in the same household as an
Eddie Merlot’s
employee are not eligible to participate.
Members must be 18 years of age
or older.
Program is intended for individual
use only.
Eddie Merlot’s
reserves the
right to audit any account at any time.
Eddie Merlot’s may terminate
any membership if fraud is suspected.
Eddie Merlot’s may cancel
the program at any time.
Membership may be cancelled after
6 months with no account activity.
Unused points expire 2 years from
date of issuance.
Members cannot get credit for visits
prior to enrollment.
Not presenting card at time of purchase
may delay point accumulation.
Eddie Merlot’s is not liable
for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use.
This includes
fraud caused
by lost cards.
Eddie Merlot’s
reserves the
right to charge $1 for card replacement.
